Koshare, also known as Hano Clown, appears during the spring and summer Hopi dances. He arrives at the village by yelling loudly as he travels from roof to roof, then descends ladders and falls comically to the ground. |

This pendant represents the mask of the Koshare Kachina. It is created in earthenware clay, hand painted and glazed and kiln fired to produce a strong and beautiful necklace. He is a bright and colorful bit of the Southwest and would be a handsome addition to your wardrobe. Or he could be an unusual gift for a friend. It measures approximately 1-1/4 inches by 1-1/2 inches overall. A black rolled leather necklace which is adjustable to your desired length is included. It comes packaged with a card describing the Koshare Kachina and a note about Kachinas, all in a plastic bag.
